The theme for the first share and learn day was: Recycling. 
 The premise of the day was to work towards a RECYCLING FASHION SHOW!!!!! 
 
Parents and pupils were asked to kindly donate as much recycled materials as they could, ranging from toilet rolls and tin foil to sacks and old clothing!!!  
 
In our houses we worked in small groups; the children came into the hall after a session discussing recycling in their houses to come and collect their bits and bobs. They then took these back to class and got cracking on producing an ensemble for the Recycling Fashion Show!!!   
 
Their finished products were modelled at the end of day at the Fir Tree Primary School Fashion event on the catwalk superbly hosted by Mr Osmond. 
 
A huge well done to all the children and a massive thank you to staff and parents for enabling such a successful day to happen
