Dear Parents and Guardians,

In line with the Governments promise to ensure all children eligible for free school meals continue to receive this provision, the Newbury Academy Trust will be providing food.

To allow for planning and ordering of food, we request confirmation from you that you wish to receive this provision.

Please confirm your position by emailing Mr N Awbery, Business Manager nawbery@trinity.newburyacademytrust.org by 8pm today (Friday 20^th March).

We will provide a box of ingredients twice a week on a Monday and Thursday for collection from Trinity School, Love Lane, Newbury. The ingredients will include items to make sandwiches, pieces of fruit and tray baked cakes.

Time for collection of the ingredients will be 10.30am until 11.30am, from the main reception at Trinity School.
