HR Assistant

We are looking to appoint an experienced, reliable, flexible and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our busy Trust team. Previous experience of HR processes and procedures would be preferred, although training can be given to the right candidate. The post requires a high degree of interpersonal, organisation, communication and administrative skills, including using initiative, the ability to be flexible, diplomatic, discretion, confidential and a professional approach. The post holder must be numerate and computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.

School Crossing Patrol
Salary: Grade B2 ~ £22,366 fte
Actual Salary: £2,550 per annum
Term-Time Only / 5 hours per week Monday to Friday (30 minutes at either end of the school day)

The successful candidate will be required to ensure the safe passage of children crossing the road at specified times at the start and end of the school day, supervising the designated safe crossing location.
Applicants should have an understanding of road use and traffic awareness, as they will be controlling and directing traffic at the crossing point for the purpose of a safer route for children on their journey to and from school.
The successful candidate will be required to attend training prior to the post start date in September, to include specific School Crossing Patrol training and safeguarding training. Uniform and equipment will be provided.
